AN OLD HOUSE IN THE CENTRE OF THE VILLAGE NEAR AVREN

The house is located in a village in North-eastern Bulgaria. It is located near Varna – the sea capital of Bulgaria - and standing at 4km from the village of Yunak, on the bank of river Kamchiya in immediate proximity to Longoza reserve. The terrain is predominantly hilly. The dense forests, which surround the village, are typical for the northern Black sea coast with its rich verdure, great diversity of biological species and inaccessibility.

The Kamchia River flows through the very village. There are opportunities for investments in timber industry and the production of charcoal. The soil is suitable for growing of oriental tobaccos.

In the village there is good road and transport connections, a railway connection, a good water – supply system, a gas station, a ceramics factory, a concrete plant, ecological briquettes production, a grocery store. There is a regular bus from and to Varna. The village has a good infrastructure: shops, post office, medical, general practitioner, primary school, all day kindergarten etc.

This is a very old house and nobody lives in there at the momemnt. It is tough, very good, preserved and has perfect view towards the Kamchia River. Located in the centre of the village, it has an asphalt road and very good access to the property. The house is bricklaid as well as the other small buildings.
