RECENTLY RENOVATED HOUSE FURNISHED TO HIGH STANDARD IN A BEAUTIFUL LITTLE VILLAGE

This charming village is located in North-East Bulgaria, (Dobrich District). It is part of General Toshevo Municipality. It is an environmentally clean region without industrial polluters, with a potential for development of rural tourism. Protected areas in the area of General Toshevo have been declared in the villages of Rossitsa, Loznitsa and Bezhanovo. Areas for hunting tourism and fishing have been designated around Dryan Dam, which has been granted under concession, and landscaped facilities for recreation has been built, as well as sports facilities with open-air and closed grounds and equipment.

The house is located 20km from Durankalak and 26km from General Toshevo. It is a small village with 2 schools (one kindergarten and junior), 6 or 7 shops and a couple of bars. There are a few English people with holiday homes and a couple of permanent residents.
