The town of Nessebar is located on a small peninsula in the Black Sea which is linked with the land only by a long and narrow isthmus. It has existed for more than 9,000 years. Nessebar is best known as the old town on the peninsula. The largest number and best known buildings date from 11th to 14th centuries almost all of them churchies in the so called "picturesque" style.

On offer is a pub with a fully equipped kitchen. It is located in the New town of Nessebar, next to Sunny Beach in a central location with new trendy cafe bars located nearby. The pub is located in the centre of two beaches, each of them at a 5 minute walk from the bar. The bar is situated less than 100 meters off the main street and 5 minute walk to the old town of Nessebar.

The bar has a seating area of about 70 places. It also has a warm welcoming atmosphere and new furniture made of solid oak in mahogany colour. There is air conditioning, heating and ventilation in the bar, so that if the buyer wishes it can be open to customers all year round.
