The village is located in North-East Bulgaria. It is part of Nikola Kozlevo Municipality, Shumen District. The Nikola Kozlevo Municipality is situated in the northeastern part of Shumen district. It is in the southern end of the Danube plain. A third-class road of length 23 km crosses the Municipality and is the only road connection of municipal center village of Nikola Kozlevo to Novi Pazar town and Kaolinovo village. There are no large polluters of the environment in the Municipality Nikola Kozlevo and around it. The only tourist site is the Hunters` Hut in Pet Mogili village used for organized national and international hunting tourism.
