Internal common areas are to be finished to the highest standard of dark tiles against light coloured walls and ceilings. The ceilings have integrated spotlights throughout the corridors and stairways. The stairway handrails are made of stainless steel. There is a yearly charge to all apartments for the maintenance and upkeep of both internal and external common areas. The developers feel that this charge is imperative to keep the unique look of the development as new which in turn helps your investment to grow.
