FAMILY HOUSES IN TYPICAL BULGARIAN STYLE 5KM FROM THE BEACH IN PRIMORSKO

The houses are situated in North-eastern part of Bulgaria. It is near Primorsko - famous for its graceful arcing ten-kilometer sandy beach, the longest and prettiest on the coast. The resort is a haven for youth and working Bulgarians who flock here in droves to avail themselves of the numerous trade union rest homes, hostels, student dorms and campgrounds. While the centre of Primorsko is an overbuilt urban sprawl, nearby areas on the water are pleasant.

The area zoned for summer houses - “Paradise” is located:
• 5 km from the beautiful beach of Primorsko
• At the foot of the nature reserve Strandja
• Nearby the ethnographic complex – “The farm”

This complex consists of:
• 8000sq.m plot area
• 20 family houses in typical Bulgarian style
• From 60sq.m to 130sq.m built area of each house

The houses are two-storey and brick-built. They can be sold like apartments too. The furnishing will be at customer’s own free will and it is not included in the price. We can furnish it but at an extra cost. The prices for off plan starts from 750euros per sq.m. The price for a fully finished house is 1000euros per sq.m
