The complex is located in the most famous of all Black Sea coastal resorts - Sunny beach. The complex presents a wonderful combination of marvellous apartments with standardized designs and exquisite architectural style as each apartment radiates with its own unique atmosphere. The apartments benefit from both sea and mountainous climate patterns and scenery, making your stay there an unforgettable one.

The total residential area of the complex in 3400sq.m. Each building has a common warehousing premises for lounges, inflatable mattresses, bikes, and a premises for servicing of level floor one. The design of the complex allows for around-the-year use for residence. The buildings have full outside insulation. All premises have independent air-conditioning heat/cold. The hot water supply is done by individual electric boilers for each residence. The power supply takes into consideration the winter peak load of installation. The water pipes are insulated. The area of the complex is fenced with a metal fence. The access is limited to the owners and their guests.

The complex consists of:
• Two individual buildings – A and B
• Parking lot
• Pool, children’s playground
• Barbecue
• 24 hour security
• Green areas

The apartments are equipped with:
• Outside PVC joinery with glass-package
• MDF inner doors
• Walls and ceilings – gypsum ground coat and latex painting
• Floors terraces – terra-cotta, living room and kitchenette – laminated parquet, bedrooms – laminated parquet
• Bathrooms – electric boiler, terra-cotta, faience, wash-basin, lavatory pan “monoblock”, mixture batteries fir shower and wash-basin, ventilator of the air-vent
• Kitchenette: laminated parquet, terminals for hot and cold water
• Water supply and plumbing: PVC and poyropylene
• Electric wiring: installed switches, outlets and sockets with bulbs
• Cable: TV cable for each living room and bedroom, cable for telephone
• Infrastructure: provided power supply; water supply, sewerage, external pool, parking lot, children’s playground, 24 hour security, barbeque, planting and utilities as per design

,b>In case of additional agreement, supplied, at wish of the customer, are:
• Air-conditioning: independent air condition split - installations /hot - cold/ for each premises
• Kitchen equipment and furniture – sinks, mixture batteries, cupboards, absorbents, cookers, refrigerators, etc.
• Furnishing of kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms
• Security contract with licensed ÑÎÒ /Signal-Security Equipment/ company
• Cable TV contract

The prices include VAT.
The maintenance charge is 7 EUR per sq.m per year.

Completion date – September, 2008

Payment plan:
• 1 000 Euros reservation for 20 days fee (non – refundable)
• 50 % – (– reservation fee) – preliminary contract
• 30 % – Akt 15
• 20 % – on completion
