The complex (Bourgas District) is located in South-East Bulgaria. It is part of Nessebar Municipality. It’s situated in a beautiful place, between Sunny beach and Saint Vlas, which place is known with his unique microclimate. Therefore in the beginning of the last century, in this place, by a personal order of King Ferdinand is built the first sanatorium for cure of asthmatic diseases.

The distance to Saint Vlas is 1km, to Sunny beach -3km and to Burgas Airport -30km. The construction of golf playground –“Kableshkovo Golf Course” has started 10km from the building and 1km from the complex is the biggest yacht port of Black Sea – “Marina Dinevi“.
The view from building is may be the most glorious panorama of whole Black Sea – the old town of Nesebar, whole bay of Sunny Beach and the resort of Sunny Beach, Primorsko town etc. An asphalt road leads to the complex. There are all necessary communications. The complex consists of building with 4285sq.m surface, courtyard of 2080sq.m with swimming pool, a big BBQ with garden and an outside bar, mini-market, sauna and fitness hall. Underground garage with 9 parking places and 6 living floors. The total number of apartments is 37. The square surface of the apartments is between 50 and 112sq.m. On the 5-th and 4-th floor , there are two big apartments with an area of about 156sq.m. The building is equipped with a lift. There is the own watersource in the complex.
