The village is part of Aksakovo Municipality, Varna district. It’s a calm and peaceful village with healthy environment and beautiful nature and the same time close to the fast growing city of Varna. New golf courses are under construction in the region. This is a village located in the Varna Province, north-eastern Bulgaria. It is situated about 11km to the north from Varna and about 10km from the Black sea. Most of the inhabitants are either local people, who lived there long time, or people from Varna, that get tired of city noises and bustle, and leave there constantly. There are some foreigners, that choose this village as a vacation place or a permanent place to live in. Most of the streets are covered with asphalt, but there are some that covered only with road-metal.

Buses run from Varna to this beautiful and clean village every 1-2 hours. All of them have a stop in the village of Kichevo and some of them continue after the village their route. Many villagers have their own cars, so buses are rarely full.

It’s a brick, semi-detached house built over two floors surrounded by beautiful flora. A small path leads you to the main entrance hidden behind beautiful entwining vine-arbour. Rooms are located over two floors. External staircases lead you to the first floor. There is a front and a back yard that can be used as a vine yard.
