AMAZING, NEWLY RENOVATED AND FULLY FURNISHED HOUSE IN AVREN

The village is located 30km from Varna City Center. There are three dams in the neighbourhood, the village is the highest point in the region of Varna. This municipality has an outlet on the Black Sea - a 10km coastal strip covering the Kamchia resort complex. The fresh and clean air in places near Kamchia river are very suitable for asthma ill people.

In the village there is a post office, a nursary school (seven students from England and an English schoolteacher), a community center, regular transport,a medical point, a dentist, shops, pubs, cabel television and Internet. A summer-houses village with 250 flats is planned to be built near the village of Avren. A major investment contribution in the resort belongs to the city of Moscow.

Also dining room with a kitchen area and bedroom for the personnel lies in the yard. In the yard there is also another partly covered BBQ with a big oven and tables, garage (25sq.m), 3 parking areas, decorative basin with a small bridge, children place with a cradle and a summer-house with a pleasant panoramic view to another 5 villages. The house is fully furnished in a traditional Bulgarian style.
