TWO-STOREY OLD HOUSE WITH HUGE PLOT OF LAND IN A VERY QUIET AND PEACFUL VILLAGE NEAR GABROVO

This house is located in North-Central Bulgaria. It is near the River Yantra, in the north Sredna Stara Planina mountain spur, 392m above sea-level. The regional center is town of Gabrovo - 220km north-east from the city of Sofia. In the immediate vicinity of Gabrovo is the geographical centre of Bulgaria. Because of its locality the town is a busy road junction. There are a lot of roads leading from Gabrovo to the other towns and municipalities in Northern and Southern Bulgaria.

The village is situated 1km away from the ring road of the town of Gabrovo. It is a picturesque place, plane with old and historical houses. There is water and electricity supply in the village where formally live 4 people and there are maximum 10 houses. The nature is very picturesque – mountains and a river.

The house is built in the year of 1900.
