The village is located in Municipality Kostenets (Sofia District) just on the road Ochusha - Kostenets 25km from Ihtiman and about 9km from Kostenets.
The name Podgorie means `Under the Forest` which is very suitable for this small and peaceful village. Surrounded by thick forests and undulating countryside. The village is like a small heaven in the ancient forest that surrounds it. The countryside is unpolluted and the air is fresh.

The property is an old small house (trimmer joists), built in 1945 including two regulated land plots with a notarial act. It needs reconstruction and renovation.
