St. Vlas is a beautiful coastal village situated just 5km north of Sunny Beach and 9 kilometers from Nessebar. This magnificent resort is a great combination of beautiful seaside at the foot of the Balkan mountain range. It has been developed into a modern beach destination during the recent years, with brand new hotels and tourist infrastructure. This makes it a preferred destination for holidaymakers, who want to enjoy the spectacular views of the mountain while having fun on the beach.

The resort has 3 beaches with a total length of 1.5 kilometers- the central beach is the longest one. The town is also famous for its new and beautiful yacht port where you can hire or even buy an yacht
There is regular bus transport from Nessebar, Sunny Beach and Bourgas to Sveti Vlas, and plenty of private minibuses, route and ordinary taxis. There is also water transport to and from Nessebar and Bourgas to Sunny Beach. The international airport of Burgas is a 20 to 30 minute drive away.

“Garden of Eden” is a holiday beachfront complex, beautifully situated just outside St.Vlas, on a south-facing shoreline. It is a frontline development, right on the beach, which faces south maximizing both sea views and the position of the sun. It looks out over the bay towards the beautiful medieval peninsula of Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage site, while at night the lights of Sunny Beach (3 miles by road) gleam in the south - west.

A small 5 star hotel and 580 properties are built in a traditional Bulgarian Style with its red tiled roofs and deep eaves. Utilizing both local wood and stone, “Garden of Eden” features modern style combined with the beauty of traditional building designs associated with Nessebar. The “garden” concept is being realized with extensive planting and landscaping. As in Nessebar the buildings are part and as one with its seaside location will provide the unique atmosphere within “Garden of Eden”.
The Complex “Garden of Eden” was finished in July 2007 and is fully operational.

The apartment is fully furnished (pull – out sofa bed, TV, Internet, AC, etc.) and consists of:
