The village in (Varna District) is located in North-East Bulgaria, which is part of Aksakovo Municipality. The small quiet village is situated few kilometers away from Dobrich District, between Dobrudzhansko plateau and Frangensko plateau. The countryside is unpolluted and the air is fresh. The houses have reserved the Bulgarian national revival architecture. Most of the inhabitants are either local people, who lived there long time, or people from Varna, that get tired of city noises and bustle, and leave there constantly. There are some foreigners, that have chosen this village as a vacation place or a permanent place to live in. Most of the streets are covered with asphalt, but there are some that covered only with stones or mud.

Buses run from Varna to this beautiful and clean village every 1-2 hours. All of them have a stop in the village of Kichevo and some of them continue after the village their route. Many villagers have their own cars, so buses are rarely full.
