This residential complex is located in a newly developed area in a residential part of the Bulgarian sea pearl – Varna. The city of Varna is located in North-East Bulgaria. It is second largest city after Sofia and is called Bulgaria`s Sea Capital. It is the best city for living in Bulgaria. The gem of the Bulgarian Black Sea is situated at the end of the big Varna Bay, with a convenient and well conserved water area a port which in years handles up to 18 million tons of cargo.
