The village is located in South-East Bulgaria and is part of Municipality Sozopol. It is situated at short distance from the city of Burgas (23km away) and from town of Pomorie (27km away). There are slanting hills surrounding the village. The area is suitable for fishing, hunting or hiking in the mountainous surroundings. Sozopol town is located only 20km away from the village. Today the town is mostly a beach resort known for the Apollonia art and film festival named after one of Sozopol's ancient names. Situated on a rocky peninsula in the farthest southern part of the Bourgas bay, with a 100-metre strip of land connecting t to the mainland, it is truly a unique destination.

The house itself is built 30 years back and requires renovation. The building material is brick. The roof of the house has been recently built. Each floor has four rooms. The house has sewerage and bathroom and WC can be installed inside the house.
