The pretty village is located in South-East Bulgaria and it’s a part of Sredets Municipality. The existing 25 dams on the territory of Sredets Municipality allow the irrigation of the rural land and in the same time offer perfect fishing opportunities. The Strandzha Mountain forests and the lower stream of the Fakijska River possess a wide diversity of flora and fauna with some rare and protected species. The region offers wonderful opportunities for hunting, fishing and tourism.

The house itself is facing north and is situated only 200 meters away from the centre of the village. It’s built on a road and has a view to the inner yard. The property has been renovated last year but still needs further renovation and modernization. The house was built in the 70s of the last century.
