The village situated in Varna District is located in North-East Bulgaria and belongs to the Municipality Avren. It is situated 30km south from Varna approximately 13km from the main road Varna - Bourgas and 2km from the Kamchia Reserve. This beautiful place is in the mountain and is overlooking the woodland and the green valley. Plenty of foreigners (especially from England) have chosen this area to establish their permanent homes.

The village offers good road connection; very good water – supply network, a post office, digital telephone exchange, there is a Hunting Farm with an inn and fish breeding pond, 1 general practitioner. isolation from the neighboring villages, virgin nature – all of these provide a unique opportunity for visitors to enjoy a life in conformity with the laws of nature, which we have more or less forgotten. The village is an attractive location for building of resort complexes or tourist inns. The mountainous relief rivals that of the famous Bulgarian mountain resorts.

We are offering a house in excellent condition, among green fields covered with fruit trees, where you’ll be able to enjoy the beauty of the nature and take a break from the hectic city life. Nevertheless, you are not far from the city. You can travel to the city by car in 20mins.

The house was built in 1999 and has been recently renovated. It is built over two floors and it is fully furnished. There is an asphalt road leading to the house. The original plan was to use this property as a restaurant and hence it has been furnished as such. However, it has never been used as a restaurant.
