The houses are offered with the furniture included in the offered prices, but we can offer you the option to furnish your apartment with our help. There are two packages for complete furnishing – traditional and modern style, that can be ordered and paid additionally. The price of the standard package (traditional style) is between 6990 and 9990 Euro depending on the size of the house, and the price of the luxurious – the modern style is between 8990 and 13,990 Euro depending on the size of the house.

• House type "C" from 138.65 sq.m
• House type "D" from 175.40 sq.m

Each house has a stunning view towards the sea and the mountain. All houses from type “A” are already built and furnished and ready to move in.
The houses form type “D” are already sold. The rest of the houses and the infrastructure of the area are still being built.
