The house is located exactly opposite Evksinograd place, 50m away from the main road Varna – Golden Sands. It is 5km form the city centre and 2km from the resort St. Constantine and Helena.
The house has 2 floors and a lobby (service rooms). On the ground floor there is a huge living-room (7x3.5m) and spacious kitchen with dining-room (7x3.5m) , bathroom and WC.
