RENOVATED TWO BEDROOM HOUSE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KYUSTENDIL

The house is located 14 kilometres from Kyustendil on mountainside with stunning views of surrounding area and Macadonia Mountains. Built on the site of the ancient town of Pautalia, Kustendil is one of the most famous Bulgarian spa resorts. The climate is traditionally continental with Mediterranean influence. The mild weather is largely due to the beneficial effect of the mountains which surround the plain from the north, east and west. The shortest road connecting Kyustendil and Sofia is 871 highway, passing through the towns of Radomir and Pernik.

The 2 bedroom house has undergone major renovation works over the last year and is now completely finished. The house has cable TV and satellite. It also has an internal spiral staircase leading to the first floor as well as an exterior staircase. The furniture and accessories are available by negotiation.

The peaceful location is still very close to shops and facilities, a very good new restaurant is just 5 minutes away and a new hotel with a swimming pool is 15 minutes away. The new ski resort of "Tri Buki" is under an hours drive and very recently a new golf course development has been agreed for an area very nearby.

The house consists of:
• 2 bedrooms- a double bed and chest of drawers
• Front room- two 3-seater sofas, one of which turns into a double bed, TV and DVD player
• Kitchen – washing machine, refrigerator
• 2 wet rooms- fully fitted
• Basement - 2 rooms - currently just used for storage and housing the water system and water pump, for extra power, however if needs be they could even be converted into a further 2 rooms
