The village of General Kantardjievo is located in North-East Bulgaria and belongs to Municipality Aksakovo (Varna District). It is situated on a mountain side just 7km from the Black Sea coast and around 25km north of Varna via a new fast road. There are extensive veiws from the village of General Kantardjievo to the surrounding mountains and through the valley to the Black Sea.

The area (being a natural reserve called Batova gora) is very picturesque and suitable for hiking among the virgin nature, fishing, and hunting a variety of game. The villas (two–bedroom and three-bedroom) are new built, fully furnished, one-storey, with patios in front of the houses. The properties are available for long term as well as short term rents.

No smoking and no pets inside the villas. If such is found and any damage occurs to any part of the villa then the tenants will be liable.
