The house for rent is situated in charming village in North-East Bulgaria. It is part of Byala Municipality in the village of Goritsa. The most important components of the natural wealth of this area are the sea the coast, the mountain with its forest and other resources. The situation of the village is strategical bacause of the closeness to a main road.
Goritsa is a small village and it has just a grocery store, but it is only 6km away form Byala where one can find all amenities like medical center, church, restaurant, school, shops and much more.

We are offering a spacious and beautiful, new built three-bedroom house for rent. It is built in a closed-type complex with other houses. The complex is near the main road, scattered in a small pine grove. There is a swimming pool which can be used by all the guests.

The price is 150 Euros per week for the Low season and 300euros per week for the high season during the winter months. Different rates apply for the summer months.
