The city of Varna is located in North-East Bulgaria. It is the third largest city after Sofia and
Plovdiv and is called Bulgaria’s Sea Capital. The gem of the Bulgarian Black Sea is situated at the end of the big Varna Bay, with a convenient and well conserved water area a port. Varna's origins back to almost five millennia, but it wasn't until seafaring Greeks founded a colony here in 585 BC that the town became a port. The modern city is both a shipyard and port for incoming freighters and the navy, and a riviera town visited by tourists of every nationality. It's a cosmopolitan place and a nice one to scroll through: Baroque, turn-of-the-century and contemporary architecture pleasantly blended with shady promenades and a handsome seaside garden.

On offer for rent is a villa located in the villa zone, in the outskirts of Varna. The villa is 15 minutes by bus to the center of the city and on a walking distance to the beach. There is regular transportation to Varna and the bus stop is only 500 meters away. All the rooms in the villa offer amazing sea view.

The villa consists of two separate parts, which can be accessed via private entrances. They are:

• Two-bedroom apartment

It comprises of 55sq.m built area which is distributed between:
- Spacious living room with comfortable sofas, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with dining table and chairs
- Two bedrooms with double beds

• Two-storey holiday house

Ground floor:

First floor is accessed via an internal staircase. It consists of:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds
- Bedroom with two single beds

- Spacious balcony with a table and chairs, offering beautiful sea view and accessed from two of the bedrooms

Outside in the yard of the villa, there is a wooden table with 2 benches and a small garden.

The villa is available both for short-term and long-term rentals. The prices start from 65 Euro per night for the two-bedroom apartment and 80 Euro per night for the two-storey house. Different rates apply for long-term period.
