RURAL HOUSE IN A PICTURESQUE VILLAGE CLOSE TO PROVADIYA

The village (Varna District) is located in North-East Bulgaria and is included in Municipality Provadia. It is situated 50 km away from the city of Varna and 10 km from town of Provadia. There is bus connection to Provadia and a railway station is located near by. For the fisherman`s there is a small dam lake. The climate on the territory of the Provadia municipality is temperately continental. The terrain consists mostly of plains or hills and plateaus which in combination with the water resources (the Provadiiska river and its tributaries), the fertile black earth, grey forest soils and carbonate soils and the suitable climate favours the growing of grain and volatile-oil cultures, perennial plants and orchards.
