The property is situated in a village in North-east Bulgaria, Shumen district. The village is just 15km from the motorway Sofia-Varna and 69km away Varna City and International Airport of Varna and 331 km from the capital Sofia.
The village of 8667 sq.km is with 42 inhabitants. All amenities and communications in the village are provided.
In Shumen town and district, unique monuments of culture are preserved from ancient times to the present. The first Bulgarian capitals - Pliska and Veliki Preslav. Madara - the Bulgarian Troy with the unique Madara horsemen is located in the Shumen area. In 1979 it was declared as a monument with world significance and it was placed under UNESCO. The old Shumen Fortress and numerous evidences of the role of the town of Shumen in 13th century history of the Bulgarian people.
