This property is located in nice, fast developing village. All communications and amenities are provided here. Sea coast is 5 km away. Bourgas city is 10km away and Airport is 22km distance. Bourgas is the fourth largest city in Bulgaria, situated in the South-Eastern part of the country. The favorable geographical location and advanced transport infrastructure of Bourgas are good prerequisites for development of tourism and trade. What attracts people here is undoubtedly the sea.
