REGULATED LAND 26KM FROM DOBRICH!!!

The land is located in a small village in North-East Bulgaria. It is part of Dobrich Municipality, Dobrich District. The village is 26km from the town of Dobrich and 50min drive from Varna Airport. This is a quite and a tranquil place, the one of villages in Dobrich district which population is growing. Local mixed shop and restaurant. Regular public transport to Dobrich, Karapelit and neighbouring villages. Except British, there are Italians and German citizens already. Main services – shops, medical and communal services are in the town of Karapelit-only 6km away. The road to there is in a reasonably good condition.
The relief consists of lowlands and hilly plateaus. Low plateaus of up to 150–200 m high are very typical of this region. The area is arid, one of the driest in the country, with few rainfalls in summer but yet very fertile. It is called the ‘Granary of Bulgaria’. Typical of the agriculture in the region is wheat, fodder and technical crops. The region lies remote from major international transport corridors that pass through the country. The territory of the region is a unique mosaic of natural and archaeological sites of interest. It is also where one of the two major birth migration routes passes – the so-called “Via Pontika”.
