This land is approximately 300m from a village, spread on both sides of the sub-Balkan highway, almost in the middle, between the towns of Karlovo (8km to the southeast) and Kalofer (11km). The Sofia – Bourgas railroad line extends parallel with the road.
As most of the villages in the Karlovo area the village has managed to preserve its traditions. The visitors here should pay special attention to the Mummers’ games and dances on Shrovetide, which are held annually, in the course of 7 days and also the carnival on "Starchov den" day.

The village is very popular, well developed with shops, 2 restaurants, post office, school and kindergarten, regular bus service to the surrounding areas and Karlovo town. Close to the village, archaeologists found the oldest settlement in Bulgaria dating back to 5 BC. The site is still a subject of archaeological excavations. There are also 2 dams and motocross above the village and tracks leading to the Byala reka (White River) and eco trails.

Sopot is 15kms from the village, the chair lift situated above the town leads to the take off point for Paragliders and leads to the walking trails on the mountain.
Also in the area is the famous spa resort of Hissar. Famous for it’s healing mineral waters, hotels and ruined fortress walls.

The land is next to a road, electricity is next to the land and water is close by.
